    • Wayne's Response: This is a dificult one as all licks are not the same as are all tootsie pops different. are you trying to reach the true center? if you are and you are a sucker not a licker the " Pop " is gone when you get there If you are trying to reach the chocalaty filling the number of licks depends on which side you started on and if you can maintain your alignment, most cannot,calculations (well I tried it) are between 225 and 240 average licks no sucking hope this will help
